Refund policy

Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a reasonably clean condition and free of damage. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

For a hassle-free alternative, we offer a 50% partial refund where you keep the product with no return required. Most customers find this to be the better option.

To start a return or request a partial refund, please contact us at support@plumasleep.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Gift Policy Orders that include complimentary free gifts such as the Resort Sleep Kit are subject to the following conditions: Free gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable. If the main product is returned, a $30 deduction per item will be applied to the total refund to cover the cost of the complimentary gift. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the damage or incorrect item when reaching out.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
