Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after being placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time We ship directly from our fulfillment center and standard delivery typically takes 4-8 business days depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays outside of our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Cost We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your topper within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
For a hassle-free alternative, we offer a 50% partial refund where you keep the product with no return required. Most customers find this to be the better option.

Returned items must be in a reasonably clean condition and free of damage. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Free Gift Policy Orders that include complimentary free gifts such as the Resort Sleep Kit are subject to the following conditions: Free gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable. If the main product is returned, a $30 deduction per item will be applied to the total refund to cover the cost of the complimentary gift. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
